Aquamarine, a peaceful survival game, launch on January 20

Peaceful Survival is not always stressful. The next Survival Game of the Independent Developer Medial Studios, Aquamarine, seeks to bring a more peaceful addition to the kind of survival. A press release on the game provides details on how it can possibly work to make survival more peaceful.

Aquamarine plunges the player directly into an extraterrestrial ocean in a science fiction adventure inspired by the 70s and 80s. The player, who embodies the researcher, is on a planet invaded by nature. Using turn-based mechanisms, the game requires players to rely on perception and exploration. The discovery is almost as important for your survival than food and water. A careful study of the three ecosystems in which you survive helps your progress.

The gameplay trailer of the game, which is released today, shows the artistic style as well as the gameplay.

In addition to showing the beautiful watercolor artistic style and the basic gameplay, the trailer shows an equally important part of the game: music. The press release emphasizes that music is part of what makes survival in more serene than stressful aquamarine.

Using a PC gamer quote, the statement said, music is a mixture of warm and lo-fi synths, and with the colors washed with water from the extraterrestrial world, it creates a very relaxing atmosphere. For a game on survival, it's a very relaxing experience.

Currently, the game is scheduled for an exit on January 20th. During its initial output, it is available for PC, Mac and Linux via Steam. In addition, console versions are currently in active development. So, look forward to surviving serenely?
